Certified Sewage System Installers
To become a Certified Sewage System Installer for the first time, please visit the WV Department of Health On-Site Wastewater Managment Program webpage. and scroll down to "On-Site Sewage System Installer Information."
To renew a Class I or Class II Sewage System Installer Certification, you will need a recommendation from one of our sanitarians here at the Health Department. The renewal process is as follows:
- Submit an Installer Certification Renewal Application
- Send or bring in your application to the Marshall County Health Department for the signature and recommendation for renewal from a Sanitarian.
- Submit the Certification Fee - $150.00
- Pay Certification Fee online: New or Renewal for Onsite Septic System Installer Certification
- OR Pay Certification Fee by check or money order (made out to WV Department of Health). Send to:
