RECRUITING PARTICIPANTS FOR FREE HEALTHY PRODUCE FARMacyWV

We are recruiting participants for a new health program that provides free healthy produce.  This PROGRAM WILL BEGIN IN THE SPRING OF 2026.   To be eligible for the program the participant must have a diagnosis of one of the following:  diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, hypertension and hyperlipidemia.  There is also income eligibility, participants must currently have a household income of less than 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.  This is a 15-week program and a commitment to weekly produce pick up and education and assessment by nursing is mandatory.
